Fang Kai found me when I was at a fork in my career path. He wowed me with his friendly demeanor, as well as his great communication, subject matter competence, and coaching abilities. He posed probing inquiries that showed my genuine job ambitions and sources of inspiration as a breadwinner. It was a journey of self-discovery and introspection into one’s desires and worries. The role-play was an excellent attempt to choose the best option from a variety of circumstances. We eventually came to an agreement on a common goal and moved on. Every call I have with him adds value, and the coaching moments promote a lot of fantastic discussion and decision-making. In our partnership, I gained a lot of courage and confidence.
